Chubb Technical Lead for Informatic Developer Job Description:

The Chubb Technical Lead for Informatic Developer is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of Informatic solutions within Chubb. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Leading a team of Informatic developers and providing technical guidance and support. Collaborating with business stakeholders and other teams to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs. Designing and architecting Informatic solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Developing and maintaining Informatic mappings, workflows, and data sets. Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract and transform data. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures. Identifying areas for process and system improvements and driving implementation. Providing ongoing support and maintenance of Informatic solutions, including monitoring and performance tuning. Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Informatic and recommending enhancements or new tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Informatic Developer.Strong knowledge of Informatic PowerCenter and other related components.In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.Experience with Informatic Cloud or other cloud-based ETL platforms is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.
