Position Description:

We have a new opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our team at the start of a new project at its exciting growth phase.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the technical development activities of a large complex project with multiple functional releases.
• Own and/or contribute to a large and/or complex technical solution based on SaaS solutions
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the overall project plan
• Own the planning and delivery of their areas of delegated responsibility
• Establish and manage effective client relationships

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 8+ years of development experience with 5+ years in a team leadership role
• Extensive experience in some/all of Azure, .NET, Microsoft Stack, SaaS Applications and integration.
• Strong communication, leadership and consulting skills
• A fast learner
• Experience with payroll and/or scheduling applications preferable
• Australian work rights required
