As a Technical Lead   the candidate will be responsible for

Understand the current AIMS application & infrastructure and take steps to maintain it. Ensure Incidents are actioned as per agreed TAT Troubleshoot, debug existing software based on assigned tickets Guide Junior team members and operational staff as required in ticket resolution. Testing and evaluating fixes Co-ordinate with business team as required to describe production defect. Create analysis document for transfer of defect to development team if required. Participate in Daily meetings and raise issues proactively for senior support.

Qualification & Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree and  6+ Years of IT experience.

 

6+ Years’ experience with Application development using .NET /Mongo DB/Docker/Kubernetes Exposure to SNOW and JIRA ticketing tool Good analytical skills & Good communication skills Proficient in developing applications using .Net technology stack .Net core, Microservices Architecture C#, ASP.Net MVC, Web API NOSQL (MongoDB) Entity Framework, JavaScript framework (Angular) Typescript, React, Kubernetes, Containerisation Good Communication Skill.
