Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Linux Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. This hybrid role requires flexibility with rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies to drive our companys mission forward.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Core Java Spring Boot and Microservices.Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between different systems.Provide technical expertise in Oracle and PL/SQL to optimize database performance and reliability.Implement and maintain Linux-based systems to support application deployment and operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and ensure system availability.Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications to meet high availability and scalability requirements.Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall development process.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Core Java with hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level applications.Demonstrate expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture for building scalable and robust applications.Have in-depth knowledge of REST Web Services for creating and consuming APIs.Show proficiency in Oracle and PL/SQL for database management and optimization.Exhibit experience with Linux systems for application deployment and maintenance.Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Have experience working in a hybrid work model and flexibility with rotational shifts.Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality code and solutions.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.Hold relevant certifications in Oracle Java or related technologies.
