We are now seeking a Technical Lead with a Technical Background in Software Development and/or Network Design & Optimization to develop state-of-the-art microservices-based applications. Your role will include leading and guiding our software development teams in the agile methodology. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are organized in cross-functional multi-domain development teams in which we foster continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing.
What you will do· Work with product owners to refine and clarify user stories and requirements
· Lead the direction of the team, handling interdependencies with common items & other teams
· Translate the development roadmap into specifications with corresponding application architecture design, low-level roadmap, and actionable tasks.
· Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
· Ensure that the development team is working efficiently and effectively by removing any impediments or roadblocks
· Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices and principles
· Track and report on project progress and provide visibility to stakeholders
· Help prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the team is working on the highest-value items
· Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and that all ceremonies are being conducted properly
· Collaborate with other Technical Leads within the organization to share best practices and improve processes
· Foster a motivating, enthusiastic & innovation-driven work environment, with a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team
· Provides recognition and communication about the team's achievements
· Prepare sprint report by the end of each sprint focusing on performance and outcomes
· Be responsible for ensuring the data integrity in JIRA that is related to development status follow-up, making sure the data is correct and up-to-date
· Secure transparency of the development progress, impediments and risks
You will bring· At least 7+ years of experience working in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar lead role
· Excellent understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
· Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in an agile environment
· Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as virtualization, microservices, containers, and serverless computing
· Experience with cloud-based development tools and technologies, such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
· Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead teams through complex cloud-based software development projects
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including product owners, developers, DevOps engineers, and QA engineers
· Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
· Knowledge of Network Design & Optimization is a plus
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus
