Key Responsibilities

Develop automation tools using Python/NodeJs and Angular focused on developing self service portal for the SRE teamDesign and develop applications, creating low level and high level designsProvide guidance to junior developers in the team.Work closely with the SRE team to understand operational issues and develop solutionsDeliver product ownership responsibilities for the automations developed.Follow SDCL principles to develop automation workflows by collaborating with other developers.Develop frontend and backend components of the application and ensure seamless integration between user interface and the underlying backend logic.Participate in design, testing and implementation of software applications focused on reliability and stability of the infrastructure.Align development work with Agile framework and deliver scalable services.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members. Train team members in best practices and act as subject matter expert and escalation contact for infrastructure related issues.Automate operational, monitoring, and integrity verification processes (e.g., runbooks) for hardware, server, and system resources and processes.Create and maintain documentation for the automations developed, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.Improve existing processes through automation solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation.Programming skills in fronend technologies like Angular/html/css and backend technologies like python/nodeJS
