We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer - Hardware Design to join our team, specializing in the hardware design and development of automotive electronics, including Body Control Modules (BCM), DC-DC converters, Onboard Chargers (OBC), and Battery Management Systems (BMS). This role involves end-to-end development, from concept to production, and requires in-depth experience in microcontroller-based hardware design, analog and digital circuitry, power electronics, and compliance with automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Hardware design and validation for automotive products using 16/32-bit microcontrollers.
Development of analog and digital circuitry, power electronics, and embedded software for automotive applications.
Design and analyze analog circuits using OPAMPs, discrete components, ADCs, and DACs.
Standards Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and specific customer requirements.
Design for EMI/EMC compliance and manage EMI/EMC design validation test plans.
Develop and validate test plans for both product and EMI/EMC requirements with customer approvals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Interact with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers for product development, validation, and manufacturing.
Work with product development teams to deliver documentation, BOMs, 3D CAD models, drawings, and prototypes.
Design Validation & Improvement:
Conduct schematic-level circuit simulations and benchmark activities for continuous design improvement.
Lead failure analysis for validated and field-return parts.
Support the validation of end-of-line (EOL) test machines used in production.
Cost & Quality Management:
Manage cost, quality, and delivery of electronic designs for mass production.
Develop PCB layouts with appropriate PCB technologies for production designs.
Communication Protocols & Technical Leadership:
Proficient with communication protocols such as CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C, and Ethernet.
Lead DFMEA for designed products, identifying and mitigating risks.
Mentor team members, engage in technical discussions, and drive process, tool, and technology improvements for team growth.
