Maintenance Technical Lead
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Technical Lead will organise a multi-skilled team and will possess key attributes such as:

Ensure safety standards are met and safe working practices adhered toResponsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance technical activities across various Value Streams in the Castlebar siteCollaborate with the Maintenance Manager to Lead and develop the maintenance teamMaintenance of quality records and documentationMonitor, maintain and improve KPI’s for the Value Stream(s)Identify and implement continuous improvements across all KPI’sCo-ordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesAct as point of contact for issue escalationManagement of contract maintenance providers and associated service contracts where applicableManage spend and adhere to set budgetsCollaborate with Operations colleagues and various other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the Value Stream(s)Skills
