Technical Lead - Newcastle

We've just partnered up with an exciting business in the heart of Newcastle who are going through a period of technology modernisation at the moment and are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to come in and help spearhead the technical road-map with the business.

You will be responsible for leading all development on their platform as well as setting up software development and delivery best practices and principles.

There will also be an opportunities to assess areas such as solutions architecture, microservices and technical architecture of the platform and suggest ways to improve these areas.



In order to be considered for this role, it would be nice to have some of the following:

* Experience working as a Technical Lead in a fast paced business
* Experience designing and building scalable microservices
* Automation experience using CI/CD and ideally Azure DevOps
* Programming experience with C#, .NET Core and SQL
* Exposure to containerisation (K8s or Docker)
* IaC experience using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates or Bicep

Whilst it would be great to have the majority of these skills and experiences, ultimately they're looking for an experienced technical leader who can come in and make a difference to this rapidly expanding business!
