WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You technically lead the internal development of cloud and on-premises software.You communicate with external technical leaders to ensure compliance with internal needs and company guidelines.You are a trusted fellow, always ready to help colleagues with their daily problems and questions.You show clear leadership by guiding and mentoring younger and less experienced colleagues.You are a key player in helping to take the software architecture to the next level.You monitor technical debt and contribute plans and ideas for its harmonious reduction. You contribute to ongoing processes and guidelines to keep technical debt under control.You work hand in hand with the system architect and translate high-level architectural requirements into specific architectural decisions at the software component level.

WHAT YOU BRING

A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of software stacks, particularly those oriented around .NET and Azure.Proven experience in leading technical teams in cloud development projects, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills.Deep understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and the Twelve-Factor App methodology.Experience in agile development projects (Scrum, Kanban).Cloud-first mindset with the ability to design and implement on-premises compatible cloud solutions.Strong enthusiasm for cloud technologies, with familiarity in tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies  .
