Cool upcoming practice with an already exciting client base and large schemes across multi use, education, housing and public is looking to hire an experienced technical star to oversee delivery. Joining a team of 15, this practice is what you make of it. There are no limits to growth and you will be rewarded for your efforts, ultimately fast tracking to directorship in the near future if desired. Relaxed open office in centre of town, this close knit team enjoy a strict 9-5:30pm and casual team outings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams on the technical production and site delivery of complex projects simultaneously.  Production of information in Revit. Liaise with client, consultants and contractors. Lead technical reviews and raise the quality of output. Site supervision.

Skills and Experience

Experienced architect with significant package and project leading experience at stages 4-6. Experience on UK mixed use, housing or education projects. Good knowledge of buildings codes, regulations, consultation methods and building safety act.  Good team work skills with the desire to contribute to a fast paced and fun office. Good working knowledge of Revit essential.  Excellent visual presentation skills using InDesign and MS Office.This role would suit someone ambitious who perhaps feels stifled and overlooked in a large firm who can bring their technical knowledge to a small team.
