Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Director to lead the operations of a top-tier precision grinding company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the overall success of the business, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and safety. In this leadership role.
A solid background in precision manufacturing or grinding, outstanding leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of process optimization are crucial for success in this role, particularly within the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends. Set competitive pricing strategies and lead high-level negotiations with clients. Work closely with senior leadership & operations teams to align customer needs with production capabilities.
Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the precision grinding, manufacturing, or aerospace industry. US Citizenship required. Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Strong experience working alongside senior leadership (e.g., President) to drive business growth. Ability to manage key responsibilities related to people, processes, product, and profit. Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Oversight of all operational functions within the company. Ensure timely supply deliveries to meet production needs.
