Are you highly experienced in the field of companion animals and able to manage Boehringer Ingelheim’s technical support? **THE POSITION** We are looking for a **Technical Manager Companion Animals (CA)** in Budapest, Hungary: The primary responsibility for the role is representing Boehringer Ingelheim CA products among the Hungarian Vet professionals especially with the University community and KEE (Key External Expert) society. The position reports to the Business Unit Manager CA Animal Health Hungary. The job location is Hungary. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + provide technical support to the CA Team and to our CA business partners; + ensure close co-operation with the Marketing and Sales team (local, Reginal Center Vienna); + handling pharmacovigilance information according to the valid reporting timelines; + provide technical support to the Boehringer Ingelheim team and partners; + build up strong professional connection inside of the VET community; + establish strong KEE (Key External Expert) society for Boehringer Ingelheim CA products; + to build up regular/continuous professional cooperation/projects with the Vet University, in every relevant Therapeutic Area of Boehringer Ingelheim; + product presentations external/internal meetings/trainings; + support sales colleagues if concerns/issues occurs with Boehringer Ingelheim CA products; + responsible for educate/train the sales colleagues to be confident in product details; + competitor landscape analysis, focusing on competitor products and details. Product comparisons; + keep daily communication with regional technical colleagues to ensure up-to-date product knowledge; + being responsible on check/correct/propose/approve steps on marketing materials creation; + responsible on every external material ( online/offline/printed/digital) to be complied with Boehringer Ingelheim standards and professional reliability. **REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE** + medical sciences degree, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine is a plus; + 3+ years veterinary pharmaceutical industry experience; **REQUIREMENTS** + strong and active relationship in the field of CA business; + technical knowledge on Companion Animal products; + ability to train people; + ability to question the status quo and bring new ideas and implement it; + goals oriented & customer-centric; + abality to build up KEE (Key External Expert) community on long-term; + strong communication skills in order to facilitate excellent cross unit team working; + ability to work under pressure + sound English knowledge and native Hungarian is a must. **WHAT WE OFFER** Competitive compensation package, learning & development opportunities.
