The _Technical Manager MSS_ will manage assigned projects related to the maintenance and improvement of production processes, technology transfers between sites, design transfer, industrialization, and market launch of new products across the entire Diagnostic Grifols division. The goal is to achieve the required production volume under optimal conditions of quality, cost, and productivity.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Oversee assigned projects, including scientific activities, resources, timelines, and costs.
+ Act as project leader when designated.
+ Plan and design laboratory experiments or factory trials, analyze results, and draft technical documentation.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
+ Provide technical guidance on processes and their impact on products.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and directives.
+ Propose and implement product improvements or modifications.
+ Investigate and resolve issues in existing products and processes.
+ Continuously build and share knowledge on our products and competitors' offerings.
+ Act as a technical reference, adding value through expertise.
+ Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.
+ Assess production needs and drive innovative solutions.
+ Ensure proposed solutions are sustainable and aligned with company goals.
+ Guide and support the team in solving complex problems.
+ Introduce and apply new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
**Who you are**

+ You have a Master and/or Doctoral qualifications in Health Sciences.
+ You have 5 to 10 years of experience working in a similar position.
+ You have a strong background in quality processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
+ You possess comprehensive knowledge of work standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc.) according to defined procedures.
+ You have advanced Spanish and English communication skills.
+ You’re an optimistic individual with strong adaptability to change.
+ You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
+ You have availability to travel occasionally.

**Flexibility for U Program:** Hybrid Model
**Flexible schedule:** Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
