Customer Communication and Maintenance: Responsible for effective communication with customers, providing professional consulting services, and developing solutions to meet customer needs.Market Research and Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of the industry status and trends, analyze competitors, and conduct data collection and analysis.Technical System Development: Combine company product features with industry characteristics to develop a technical system suitable for dairy cows, beef cattle, and sheep.Experimental Cases: Design and execute experimental plans to verify product effectiveness and provide sales support.Other Daily Work: Including team collaboration, training and development, report writing, etc.

 

You bring

Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the ruminant animal nutrition industry.Professional Skills: Solid knowledge in ruminant animal nutrition, capable of conducting market analysis and technical system construction independently.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members at all levels.Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to quickly identify problems and provide innovative solutions.Teamwork: Good team spirit, capable of leading the team to achieve goals.Data Analysis Skills: Ability to use data analysis tools for market data collection and analysis.
