ASPIRE Program Overview:
The ASPIRE Program is an 18-24-month rotational program with 18 months of professional development (1 module/quarter). Participants will go through rotations within their specified business unit to gain insight and skills needed to be successful in their field. The program combines real-world special projects, ongoing learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, including leadership, to create a well-rounded future leader.

If you are a critical, big picture thinker with excellent communication skills and a willingness to jump in and do what it takes to be successful while helping to grow our brand and the people you work with, then we want you!
This specific ASPIRE role is a Technical Marketing Associate. You will be an integral part to our Commercial Marketing team and will assist with technical marketing process improvements and building out new customer order systems. You will also work in a rotation with our digital team to help with website UX and testing.
What you have:
Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master's degree in applicable field
Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
Strong Excel and Marketing analytical skills
UI/UX Design skills preferred
Permanent work authorization in the United States
A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations
