Have a key account mindset, strong in technical leadership, personally should have solid technical background and understanding the need of industry, especially Hatchery.Provide technical advice, training, and become a source of information to answer technical enquiries from customers.Accompanying the sales team on visits to customers, distributors and wholesalers as needed.Support the development and implementation of formal training programs for the sales and customer service teams.Provide on-the-job technical training for the sales and customer service teams on a regular basis and on an as needed basis.

People leadership and visionary

Lead and develop the technical & marketing team in planning and implementation of programs for core company technical services within the marketing plan.Liaise with other team members to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objective.
