Knowledge of MS Office Suite Strong attention to detail Data Entry Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask with no loss of performance Ability to follow processes and procedures Flexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less. Travel between buildings is required daily. No permanent desk/home location, every day is a different task with a different customer. Track work using a ticketing system

Technically astute to be able to handle a variety of situations including:

Windows imaging Windows OS troubleshooting advanced Hardware experience with SATA/M.2 SSD as well as CPU/RAM installation Driver/OS debugging experience preferred but not required
