Job Qualification

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering. 

Professional License is required. 

Has?at least 5 years of working experience in electrical and mechanical tasks, and/or maintenance in property management industry

Preferably with Pollution Control Office training certificate and experience

Preferrable with knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance building including but not limited to mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities

Knowledge in Design and AUTOCAD

 

Job Description

Responsible for monitoring, validating, and auditing of assigned CityMalls including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions.

Provides step-by-step assistance/consulting to issues experience by Mall Engineers for immediate (short term) repair/troubleshooting.

Ensure use of equipment by proper operation, preventive maintenance, timely reporting of concerns and timely execution of needed (long term) solutions.

Perform Head Office / On-Site Engineering duties and audits as required by immediate supervisor
