As the platform continues to grow, we need a dedicated technical onboarding specialist to ensure seamless user onboarding and drive platform adoption. This role bridges the gap between technical functionality and user experience, helping clients maximize the platform's capabilities while providing valuable feedback to enhance the product. The position is crucial for maintaining high user satisfaction and reducing time-to-value for new clients.

The Impact you’ll makePlatform Onboarding\nGuide new users through the platform setup process\nCustomize onboarding experiences based on client needs\nCreate and maintain onboarding documentation\nTechnical Support\nProvide first-line technical support for platform users\nTroubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues\nEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams\nUser Education\nDevelop and deliver platform training sessions\nCreate user guides and educational materials\nShare best practices for platform optimization\nClient Success\nMonitor user adoption and engagement metrics\nGather and document user feedback\nIdentify opportunities for feature enhancement\n
