Leverage technical expertise and understanding of equipment and process capabilities to streamline the transition from bench to batch production. Coordinate and oversee scale-up activities, including production process instructions, standard times, order of addition, and quality specification alignment. Apply robust problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions. Lead key process improvement projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing performance, such as enhancing yield, reducing scrap, improving production cycle times, and optimizing material flows and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Support proactive initiatives to drive sustainable manufacturing performance, including specification alignment, material substitutions, pre-manufacturing trials, proactive product reviews, and conditional batch usage. Collaborate with Site and Regional Capex engineering teams to guide investment opportunities that align with process capabilities and commercial growth objectives. Manage the operational aspects of product transfers, including coordination with Clark, third-party manufacturers, and affiliate sites. Qualifications and skills Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or food science. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the food industry, is highly desirable.  Team Player: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical equipment and process capabilities. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to apply robust problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $75,602 to $111,475 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
