Description of Mc Cain Company:

The internship project involves participating in the optimization of the industrial performance of Lelystad factory based in the Netherlands. This entails identifying mechanical and process deviations, as well as gaps in best operational practices, with the aim of increasing line capacity and product quality. The intern will be integrated into the technical team and will work under the direct supervision of the technical department head.

Participate in the implementation of solutions aimed at optimizing production line performance.Contribute to the industrial transfer of innovation and product R&D projects.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems.Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Dutch being an asset.

Work on tangible projects with a direct impact on productivity and product quality.Potential to build a professional network within McCain and the industry at large.
