REQ12469 Technical Operator, Property Services (Open Date: 10/02/2025)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary function of this position is technical Operations of all Studio City Entertainment Attractions.The operator is responsible for Operation and monitoring in Studio City Venues and Attractions, ensuring the safe operation of venues and rides.Assist in rescue, testing, monitoring, operating and maintenance of the related equipment and system to ensure smooth running of the above venue without interruption.As part of the Entertainment Technology team, the Operator will closely collaborate, Customer Services Department, Property Services Engineering, and any required sub-contractors.Administration, assist to use Computerise Maintenance Management System and to generate report on basic mechanical or electrical, faults, etc. to the Entertainment Technology department leadership. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to ensure above mentioned equipment is operated, runs reliably as per departments SOP’s.Monitor CCTV to ensure a safe environment in the Golden Reel Cabins/ Flying TheatreFault Find and Diagnose problems with the above-mentioned equipment.Ensure all safety functions operate correctly and carry out a safe stop should an error occur.Ensure that all procedures are followed.Given the complexity and the risk related with the equipment under the responsibility of the department, ensure that all technical operational procedures are safe.To maintain and record all necessary reports into the Logbook for operation and maintenance work according to the SOP.Participate in establishment of the SOP (Standards Operating Procedures) and preventative maintenance programs.Help coordinate emergency responses to venue and attraction issues.Assist with developing a high level of professional standards and promote it within the team.Assist the Attraction Technical Support team with Preventative Maintenance duties.Assist the Rigging & maintenance team with projects as needed.Provide emergency support for SC Entertainment Attractions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Minimum 2 years of pertinent experience in the fields related to the position.

Education

Mechanical or Electrical Technical qualification or equivalent training

Skills / Competencies

Good communication skills in both English and ChineseAbility to analyse system engineer drawings.Ability to work at heights
