In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting efforts to develop technical solutions and to create alternative access solutions to support resilient cyber operations. The Technical Operator in this position supports all technical aspects focused on priority mission requirements. This includes but not limited to conducting technical debriefs, technical operations in support of cyber operations management as necessary to Sponsor’s mission. Responsibilities:
Present technical capabilities and requirements for customer mission to non-technical audiences.
• Draft and coordinate operational correspondences.
• Oversee testing of capabilities.
• Enable technical operations.
• Coordinate with other client offices and tech bases to drive enablement solutions.
• Analyze information for paths forward.
• Will travel OCONUS several times a year for short trips.

Qualifications:

Required: 
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, with a minimum of 7-14 years’ experience in a relevant technical field to the position.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with poly.
• Working knowledge of cyber capabilities & cyber tools.
• Must have knowledge of or demonstrated experience working with client partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating correspondence.
• Demonstrated expertise in briefing to an audience of varying technical expertise.
• OCONUS operational travel experience.
• Willing and medically cleared to travel CONUS and OCONUS
• Experience working with the field and technical debriefings.
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex mission critical ideas to audiences with varied technical and operational background, and at varying seniority levels of the Sponsor’s organization.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in computer and network operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, OSX, Citrix etc.), hardware/network management tools, and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, SMTP, TLS/SSL, etc.)
• Working knowledge of computer network infrastructure devices (routers, switches, etc. and the application of those devices in enterprise networks.
• Working knowledge of wireless communications technology to include WiFi, Bluetooth, RF.
• Knowledge of network security concepts and the application of those concepts in SOHO and enterprise networks.
• Demonstrated background in mobile technologies, to include mobile core and 5G.
• Oversee and provide operational insight/feedback to testing and development of capabilities as directed by Sponsor for various capabilities.
• Demonstrated the ability to integrate into a multi-discipline team and take a team-based approach to solving complex problems.

Desired:
Knowledge or background in telecommunications.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
