Your role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to join our operations team on 24x7/365 shift pattern working 12hr rotational shifts based in our Stevenage Fujitsu’s strategic Data Centre. Your primary role will involve managing one of the four 24x7/365 operations teams this will involve providing first line Data Centre support for a range of internal, private and public sector customers to help ensure services remain operational and that incidents are managed promptly within a defined process. Your role will involve dealing directly with customers, you will also work closely with other Data Centre teams and Fujitsu Business units to pro-actively safeguard customer services, maintain Data Centre installation standards and the upkeep of configuration management toolsets.

Your experience

Good communication skills and to be able to communicate effectively through online toolsets Knowledge of Data Centre Infrastructure Experience within a process driven environment Have an eye for continuous improvement to help enhance Fujitsu’s Data Centre offering Pro-active in your approach to work
