Overview PepsiCo’s newly formed Global Agriculture Office (GAO) is charged with building a highly productive vertically integrated potato supply chain, leveraging our global scale to build critical capabilities, ensure future growth and create value for our farmers, our partners, our business and to delight our loyal customers. We will do this by supporting our Positive Agriculture goals, building world class capability in our regional agricultural teams, enabling sourcing strategies that are informed by climate risk, accelerate productivity, and ensure a pipeline of transformative potato varieties, seed, and technologies. Role Overview: The Technical Potato Capabilities – Content & Assessment Manager will play a strategic role in achieving these goals, reporting to the Global Ag Capabilities Director. This individual will focus on building world-class capabilities in our regional agricultural teams and with our valued external potato growing partners through the direct management of the Frito-Lay Ag website & support in the development of regionally relevant best practice documentation and capability assessments. This role has remote flexibility for those interested. Responsibilities Technical Potato Content - Coordination & Curation, and Learning Material Assessment Development: Collaborate with sector and local BU teams to curate and post technical potato training materials Review content from local BU teams for accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness, engaging in technical potato discussions to ensure it meets standards on posting for internal and external global audiences Collaborate with content curators in each sector, managing the posting process and identifying content that requires revision Maintain and update technical content regularly to ensure it remains accurate and relevant Foster strong relationships to facilitate knowledge exchange Develop technical summaries and learning assessments to evaluate user capability and information retention Resolve technical questions and/or assign questions and follow-ups to the relevant global potato Subject Matter Experts (SME) Analyze user feedback on content to guide development of enhanced training or assessment materials & courses Frito-Lay Ag Global System Management & Administration: Oversee the system administration of the Frito-Lay Ag global website, including user setup, permissions management, and overall site functionality Ensure the website is up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally, while complying with global SOX standards and adhering to all required company policies Monitor website performance, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and share feedback with appropriate IT teams for support Collect feedback for website enhancements, provide detailed requirements to IT teams, oversee implementation, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support the development of end-user documentation and training materials as required for new functionality and processes & provide training to all global users as needed Generate and maintain Learning Management System reports and develop global insights based on content usage and assessment performance Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in potato production or development of potato specific best management practices Experience working with global, multicultural teams and external partners Experience in working with digital tools intended to improve agricultural knowledge transfer.
