Due to continued growth DXC are looking for experienced Technical Presales Consultants to join our growing EMEA Security team.
Successful candidates will be required to be based in the UK and hold or be eligible for SC Clearance
Activities & Sales Channel
Work closely with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and develop business caseArticulate DXC’s GIS Security sales plays and GIS Security offering solutions to business and technical usersPosition and push DXC sales plays to account teams, to customers and partner sales teams on demand and via initiativesProvide solution insights to existing & new clients on DXC’s sales plays and core offeringsProvide solution shaping and guidance by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solutionCollaborate with offering teams, client partners and strategic partners to co-develop tailored proposals that reflect both technical expertise and business valueCreate and deliver technical & commercials presentations internally and externallyWork with Offering Management to feedback on issues with current services and provide input around new market demandsProvides industry expertise and client business acumen. Serves as an established subject matter expert and trusted partner on customer architecture, business requirements and innovative solutions.Engages with all levels of management to position higher level services and solutions to the customer, enabling competitive advantage for them in the marketplace. Identifies best practices and facilitates introduction into company lines of services.Proactively participates in membership and contributions of others to professional community and coaches’ others in area of expertise. Regularly produces internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components and modules, etc.Push and support selling activities. Able to produce complete proposals for smaller engagements within area of expertise.Support key sales activities, lead solution strategy. Provide strategic input into bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Drive portfolio growth by identifying new opportunities and managing change within existing accounts.Lead presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients and customers and develop and deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrationsAct as a Solution Leader in assigned running pursuits (qualified opportunities)Skills
Relevant experience working with the Security technology industry, specifically handling significantly sized accountsExperience working with solution/product portfoliosCapable in leading the development of winning, innovative customer centric solutions and proposalsStrong skills and experience in positioning and selling of Project- and Professional Services Solutions as well as Managed Security Services SolutionsListening to client and articulate back for solutioningStrong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients up to the board levelAbility to work and lead in a team environmentCapable to articulate and present the business value of company solutions with a firm understanding of company strategies and products relative to company's major competitorsRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
