Technical Product Manager
We are excited to invite a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge analytic solutions, establishing a robust capability to capture all aspects of friction detection and effectively close the loop with clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver truly innovative products. Responsibilities: + Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for products. Ensure alignment with business goals and market needs. + Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. + Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure alignment with business goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. + Technical Proficiency: Utilize your technical expertise to understand and communicate complex technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide guidance on technical feasibility and implementation. + Project Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. + Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach, as necessary. + Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery. + Leads the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans. + Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. + Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. + Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred. + Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial industry. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
