OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The SMB Advertising team is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the team! We are seeking a candidate that has deep expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Account Engagement, and Experience Cloud. We want the ideal candidate to demonstrate a deep knowledge of UI/UX principles to coordinate the development of user-centric, data-driven products. This role demands a balance between technical proficiency, user empathy, and marketing savvy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement product strategies that integrate data, Salesforce functionalities, and advertising platform insights Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and the marketing teams to build new functionalities and support existing ones Manage all Customer Support functions including Support Case Management, Support Workflows, and customer chat experience Document functional and technical specification documents that will be used for both development, reference, and supporting end users Act as the point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams for collaboration Manage relationships with marketers, sales management, and support management, while completing development directly with engineer Stay informed on the latest trends and standard processes in data analytics, machine learning, CRM, marketing automation, and UI/UX design
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Data Science, or Engineering 10+ years of experience in product management, with a preference for candidates who have worked with an ad supported media business, or a similar tech-focused media company Expert in Salesforce products
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and their impact on product success Deep understanding of infrastructure release management Experience with lead scoring programs and data analytics Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills Navigate seamlessly from strategy to implementation with little guidance Highly skilled, experienced and enjoy orchestrating programs with many moving parts - people, needs, and technologies Excel in pinpointing deficiencies in solutions, engaging in technical discussions, and assessing the balance between product and technology considerations Aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, pulling data to provide insight, debug issues, and monitor system health Data-driven mentality in your product design and decision-making

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 155,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
