Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Technical Product Manager II. The role will be responsible for driving the long-term vision, development priorities, and technical requirements for an area of our platform. You will work to ensure we can leverage our imagery, property data tools and advanced machine learning networks to deliver high quality products to our customers. Responsibilities Develop detailed product requirements, including NFRs and SLAs, starting from the roadmap and in partnership with key stakeholders. Work across the ART and organization to ensure alignment on prioritization and scope to maximize our software development value realization across both customer-facing products and platform investment. Author clear features and/or user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Groom and maintain a healthy backlog. Partner with engineering lead and scrum master to lead the development team. Vocally participate in Agile ceremonies. Readily provide clarification to engineers during development. Inspect the product progress at the end of every iteration and accept or reject work done. Support product roadmap development. Other duties as assigned. Personal Qualities: Confident communicator, able to persuade and open to being persuaded by new information. Qualifications 3+ years’ previous experience as a product manager, program manager, business analyst, or in a related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, GIS, imaging science, or related field; or equivalent experience. In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, product life-cycle, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices. Strong analytic skills Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard product requirement planning tools (JIRA, Aha!, Confluence or similar). Experience with or knowledge of software development, software as a service. Experience or familiarity with APIs, including REST/JSON/XML methods and formats. Comfortable working with multiple, cross functional teams, in-house and remote, domestically and international. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Experience with photogrammetry, imaging systems, and mapping. Experience with imagery processing pipelines. Experience working within SAFe. This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $85,000 - $130,000, bonus eligible.
