Technical Product Manager- SupplyFrame
**Job Family:** Product Management, Portfolio & Innovation **Req ID:** 453807 1-Responsible for competitive analysis, requirement gathering, functional and interactive design, and iterative optimization of website integration and its CMS system products to enhance product experience. 2-Responsible for exploring, developing, and designing new products related to text, images, videos, live streams, and other content values; identifying user interests, proposing new content formats or interaction modes to increase user engagement. 3-Regularly monitor and analyze product data, evaluate market performance, and user feedback to propose optimization solutions and drive implementation, continuously improving product user experience and business value. 4-Operate towards UGC operations, intelligent recommendations, and delivery requirements, conducting product functional and interactive design and optimization iterations to drive sustainable operation and positive development of the UGC ecosystem. 5-Research, explore, and analyze requirements, accurately abstract product needs, reasonably assess the priority of requirements, and maintain product demands. 6-Coordinate and drive multiple teams including R&D, testing, content, operations, and business to promote product feature iterations and content updates, collectively achieving product business goals. 7-Advocate company values, establish a reliable, beneficial, proactive, open, trusting, and cooperative team atmosphere. Qualification: 1-Good command of English. 2-Bachelor's degree or above from regular institutions, with a preference for computer science or electronic engineering majors, project management, and development experience preferred. 3-Deep understanding of data-driven businesses, sufficient sensitivity to data and business aspects, strong structured thinking, logical analysis skills, independent thinking ability, and communication execution power. 4-Over 3 years of experience in internet product management, deep understanding of CMS business processes. 5-Proficiency in using data analysis tools, heatmap tools, insight into content performance. Familiarity with mainstream process management tools such as Axure, XMind, Visio, etc. 6-Good communication and teamwork skills, focus on products while operating products from a user perspective, develop product promotion and operational strategies, create product influence, establish mechanisms for user experience and feedback collection, continuously improve product experience. 7-Familiarity with the latest technologies in digital product development, user profiling, intelligent recommendations, smart advertising placement, customization of WeChat platform products, etc., can be considered as additional advantages.
