As the Technical Product Owner, you will work with our Product Management team, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver best in class software/SaaS capabilities for Consilio. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, including customers, support and engineering teams, to define, prioritize and manage the product backlog.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Responsibilities:
Develop detailed product feature requirements/specifications to be applied by the engineering teams. These requirements/specifications need to be clearly relayed to the engineers to create and develop against. Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and theses to ensure work aligns with product strategy. Triage incoming defects and product enhancements with Product Management Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals. Coordinate product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to your product area. Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical improvements. QualificationsMinimum Education Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience either as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role in the software industry. Ability to distill complex technical information into easy-to-understand requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical experience in AI, App Integration, APIs, Automation, Machine Learning a plus.Other Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems. Excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to document details. Good communication (verbal and written) skills in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
