At ISS technology is an enabler for make that happen and we all have a part to play. We’re looking for dynamic individuals and team players to join our Commercial IT team in Porto as a Technical Product Owner for Marketing and Commercial IT.

 

In this role, you’ll dive into managing and enhancing our CMS solution, Sitecore XM Cloud. You’ll also work with related applications like Bynder, Qualtrics, HubSpot, and Dynamics365, ensuring they all work together seamlessly. Your journey will involve technical project management tasks, where you’ll configure, maintain, and support both back-end and front-end systems. This role is new, giving you the unique opportunity to influence how it’s set up and manage the full lifecycle of the CMS.

 

Your adventure will take you to our modern tech-hub in Porto, where you’ll collaborate with team members in Warsaw and Copenhagen. You’ll work closely with our dedicated Domain Architect, developers, and support colleagues, receiving support and consulting from other development teams and the business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial IT, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to operate Commercial IT successfully for our business and customers.

 

Your natural curiosity about understanding business needs and translating them into tech solutions will be key to your success. You’ll build relationships with platform users to better understand their needs and grow your technical expertise in our CMS and related applications. Your Day-to-Day Journey at ISS Tech Portugal:

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our technical initiatives, ensuring our CMS and related applications run smoothly and meet business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Gathering and Translating Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Developing and Implementing Functionalities: Lead development of new functionalities, ensuring thorough testing and verification. Providing Support: Handle 1st to 3rd line support, ensuring smooth operation. Maintaining and Improving Applications: Enhance existing applications to boost performance and user experience, either independently or with third-party vendors. Managing Releases: Oversee the release and provisioning process. Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with business and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with user needs and expectations. Ensuring Quality: Maintaining high standards of quality assurance. Documenting Functionalities: Create comprehensive documentation for all developed functionalities. Mentoring Team Members: Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment. Driving Digital Transformation: Introduce best practices and standards.
