We strive to be an employer of choice! **Jobdescription** : + A tech-oriented product owner(someone who has prior development experience and has transitioned into aPO role and hence has a technical bent of mind combined with productvision and experience OR someone who has closely worked with tech teams asa seasoned PO). + Owns and maintains the productbacklog and is accountable for its contents and prioritization.Accountable for clear, actionable user stories. + Works daily with the squad/teamsclarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks, constantlycommunicating, and supporting alignment around product strategy. + Contributes to aligningdevelopment and business goals and priorities while working withstakeholders and squad/team to remove roadblocks to execution. + Monitors and maintains theproduct health, supporting long-term product viability and efficiency, andbalancing long and short term and costs with desired outcomes. + Analyzes feasibility, cost ofdelay ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potentialchanges to the product. + Communicates expected value andany changes in value to be delivered in each iteration (sprint, monthly,quarterly, etc.) based on the squad/team-determined capacity. + Contributes to customer-drivendesign and usability testing. **Qualifications:** + Knowledge of Agile development methodologiesand IT project management as typically acquired through a Bachelors`degree in relevant field (business, computer science, humanities etc.) anda minimum of 3 to 5 years direct experience with agile teams as well as 7years in business, technology, or consulting. + Able to depict and explain theimportance of complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences;educate SBU/department(s) on business vision and plan and the impact ofchange. + Able to influence a diversegroup of stakeholders, strong leadership skills. + Able to make difficult and quickdecisions daily. + Strong problem solver withdemonstrated ability to lead a team to push the solutions and progress. + Knowledge of JIRA, SAFe andAgile methodology + Experience in the insuranceindustry preferred. + Knowledge of relevant productsand portfolio preferred. + Strong experimental mindset todrive innovation amongst uncertainty. **Minimum education qualification** - Bachelor-s Degree Please be aware that Capgemini Sogeti may capture your image (video or screenshot) during the interview process and that image may be used for verification, including during the hiring and onboarding process **The benefits our employees enjoy:** - 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
