You will be assessing and collecting customer needs to develop the product goal, create product backlogs and clearly communicate backlogs, priorities back to stakeholders. You will be Collaborating with other product owners, tech and business teams through the product lifecycle to enact the vision defined in the roadmap and to maximize business value.

Being passionate about the user experience, delivering a useful & usable digital product/service that provides a customer experience in alignment with CX principles. Understands tech, data models, APIs, platform, and system architecture. Acts as the digital feature owner, inspires the team from ideate to execution, owns requirements and scope, leads the team in the right direction, defines launch parameters, and prioritizes features.Encourage risk taking and learning from failures. This will help build a transparent culture, value peer feedback, understand details and challenge assumptions. Delivery of major change projects or work streams within a major business change program, operating in accordance with the mandated methodology and tools but creating solutions flexibly through agile and POD frameworks.Ensuring the projects for which you are accountable for are aligned to, and deliver against, the program objectives and business strategy. Ensuring the delivery of new products, services and business capability from the projects is to appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Project Plan.Communication with program and project stakeholders, up to MD level, managing third party contributions to the projects if applicable. Managing dependencies and interfaces between projects and program work streams and the management of risks and issues affecting the work stream/portfolio of projects’ delivery.Quality Assurance and overall integrity of the projects. Experience in articulating business outcomes, features and elaborate user stories that support teams in delivery of functional requirements. Purpose of the role
To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
Accountabilities
Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with the relevant stakeholders and the development team.Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well defined, measurable and secure.Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the banks performance standards.Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.Vice President Expectations
