Technical Product Owner Job Responsibilities: + Scrum board ownership in partnership with Scrum Master and Product Owner. + Creating cards when needed. + Ensuring cards are followed through to completion. + Representing the team and their work in cross-team ceremonies. + Vetting work items to ensure robust business Acceptance Criteria. + Vetting work items to ensure robust technical Acceptance Criteria. + Ensuring adherence to Definition of Done; maturing this definition as well. + Partnering with up and downstream teams to ensure all required needs are met, robust test plans are in place, and no assumptions are left unvetted. + Tight partnership with UX / UI team to ensure user-centric design. + Tight partnership with Domain Architect to support technical roadmap. Qualifications: + At least 3 years in a role that supports the responsibilities listed. + Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to bring clarity out of confusion. + Self-starting and eager / curious about how to make the team as strong as they can be. + Highly analytical with ability to dig in on cards and topics; expected to “get hands dirty” and help with testing and validation. + Highly preferable: ability to pull data from various sources to self-serve analysis needs (skilled in SQL, comfortable parsing JSON, etc.).
