You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that align with business goals. **Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. + Oversee the setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) of digital infrastructure projects. + Manage and ensure best practices in Kubernetes setup projects. + Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve product release processes and product quality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and operations) to deliver successful product outcomes. + Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to strategically position products for maximum profit and customer satisfaction. + Effectively communicate product goals and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of experience as a Product Lead/Manager with a proven track record in handling critical, high-visibility projects. + Strong expertise in managing telecom projects. + Proven experience in digital infrastructure setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) projects. + Hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments. + Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and testing. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
