Key Responsibilities:

Technical Production Coordinator I report directly to the Production Platform Specialist and will be part of the technical team. This post is responsible for supporting the Platform Specialist in the management and maintenance of the existing various platforms used by the CSC production team in their daily operations. Likewise, continuously sourcing for the best possible options in terms of more efficient and more effective platforms and technology for CSC production. You must be knowledgeable on the latest Project Management and Business Intelligence tools available in the market and has the ability to benchmark and source out if needed. You will also be responsible in producing high-quality reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI. The role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will act as OIC in the absence of the Platform Specialist/ Tech Lead 

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the technical platforms and tools to be used in the production of sponsor engagement features.  

Manage and oversee the day-to-day administration of the platforms and tools.  

Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems effectively and efficiently.  

Collaborate effectively with external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration between internal and external platforms. 

 

Provide High Quality Reports and Dashboards by: 

Gathering and analysing data from internal and external users to support decision- making and business operations. 

Creating and managing databases for efficient data collection. 

Designing and developing informative reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools. 

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure reports meet user needs and expectations 

Performing thorough data quality checks and validation from multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and dashboards. 

 

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management: 

Conduct training and support to team members on data-related tools and processes 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. 

Proven experience in technical production coordination, data sourcing, and report generation. 

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical business analysis or a related field. 

Expert level proficiency with MS Office specifically on Excel, Power point, Word and Outlook. 

Expert level proficiency with some IT platforms and applications, Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, and Project Management tools such as Jira, Kissflow, etc. 

Certification or background to Process Improvement methodology (good-to-have) 

 

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications: 

Advanced technical skills 

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. 

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. 

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose solutions. 

Detail-oriented with a great focus on data accuracy and quality 

Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel and its functions.
