**Technical Production Operator** **Job Description** We are a developer and manufacturer of medical devices, currently focusing on spine product offerings. We are seeking a **Technical Production Operator** , who will play a crucial role in supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) by utilizing their technical skills in the assembly of medical device products and process technologies. **Responsibilities** + Provide support for New Product Introductions (NPI) to the engineering team. + Develop and conduct manufacturing protocols for assembly. + Perform product testing and troubleshooting. + Carry out non-routine technical assignments. + Document and collect test data using computer systems. + Handle assignments involving a variety of procedures and techniques. **SHIFT:** **day shift - Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)** **PAY: $22-$26/hr** **MUST HAVES** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device assembly and testing. + Proficient in assembly, cleanroom procedures, and documentation. + Mechanical experience and soldering skills. + Strong communication skills in English (reading and writing). **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-growing company that has expanded from 1 facility to 5 in just 6 years.
