Technical Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will work with our technology teams and stakeholders. They will work daily with technology leadership, business system analysts, developers, and quality assurance personnel. The ideal candidate will excel in Agile methodologies and administrative coordination.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in office per week in our Pittston, PA office. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for IT coordination and Agile practices, we encourage you to apply and help us drive success in our IT operations!

Job Responsibilities
Handle program level administrative tasks such as team communications, team scheduling, issue escalations, and status reporting.
Manage change requests and escalate critical issues to leadership.
Draft and edit communications, documents, reports, and presentations.
Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and strategy sessions.
Conduct research and support data cleanup tasks using Excel and other tools.
Support team members with logistics on an as needed basis including, but not limited to, vendor interactions, travel arrangements, and office management.
Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative assistance or IT coordination.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps (Boards and Work Items) and Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
