A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us — and we want Googlers to stay and grow when they join us. As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.
In this role, you will be managing the operations-side of projects from initial build through to ramp. You will be at the forefront of operations communication with cross-functional teams in the development of new products. You will be well-versed in Contract Manufacturing (CM)/Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) manufacturing environments and will lead a team to ensure products are designed and built with high standards.

+ Manage factory test stations from conceptualization to sustaining. Be the point of contact for internal and external teams, manage overall test readiness, risks, and communication with cross-functional teams.
+ Develop test strategy and optimize the test processes across the entire production line from simultaneous multithreading, sub-assembly and Final Assembly, Test, Packout (FATP).
+ Drive yield, retest and test issues for test line.
+ Work with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) on test related processes, test fixtures readiness, cycle time/UPH, and line balance. Manage schedules and plan for all test engineering deliverables (data collection features/solutions, test framework software drops, fixture bring-up, fixture qualification, ongoing audits, etc).
+ Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams in developing test coverage including assessment of process flow, equipment/fixture designs, process controls, implementation schedules and validation plans prior to any Engineering build.
