Ideal candidate in this role will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to identify problems and develop solutions. They should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where there is high degree of ambiguity. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills are required.
1) Own successful delivery of large, high impact and highly cross-functional product initiatives while simultaneously and accurately tracking a set of smaller projects
2) Drive strategic cross-functional planning, leading discovery and prioritization by closely partnering with product managers and engineering leads to develop program plans that include roadmaps, dependency identifications, and resourcing plans
3) Ascertain the true requirements underlying feature requests; recommend alternative technical approaches and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines
4) Communicate clearly and effectively to executive management on plans, status, and critical issues
5) Partner as a technical liaison between product and engineering teams

Our team, CreativeX optimizations, is responsible for tailoring the visual experience of ads to each context in real time. To accomplish this, we are investing in latent-diffusion models, large language models (LLM), reinforced learning (RL), Computer Vision, and related methods.
