In this role, your primary responsibility will be delivering a consistent customer experience for all AWS customers through API parity. This role requires the candidate selected be a US Citizen. Key job responsibilities A TPM will work closely with Service Teams, Infrastructure, and Business Development in driving toward a consistent customer experience across all AWS Regions. You will collaborate with Product Teams to design solutions that make efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all stakeholders to develop milestones and schedules that ensure functional consistency across regions. You will assess risks, anticipate issues, overcome technical obstacles, make difficult trade-off decisions, and balance business needs and technical constraints. A day in the life The Global Product Expansion Team defines the core AWS product offering (which services go where) and creates a consistent customer experience across all AWS infrastructure offerings. We are product managers, TPMs, and data evangelists that build products and drive expansion of services and features, providing customers what they want, when they want it. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.
