Trust fuels adoption and drives the extent to which these advancements enrich our lives. We seek a TPM who is experienced in building cross-functional relationships, managing and resolving competing prioritization and timelines, understanding code and working alongside engineers to help efficiently execute on legal/regulatory requirements, developing scorecards for a variety of trust work streams and aligning the work to a matrix of product program timelines, regularly updating leadership and leading escalations when needed. **Required Skills:** Technical Program Manager, Horizon Operating System Product Trust Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for resolving technical ambiguity in the build-for-compliance process. Leverage experience in understanding technical details to help drive clarity when technical reviewers and engineering are not aligned on the evidence that’s needed to move the review forward. Escalate when needed to present options and resolve discrepancies, especially with respect to resource planning and timing. 4. Develop Playbooks for Product teams within their Product Groups (and potentially cross-organization) for implementing Trust requirements that come from Meta Central (Product Development Process and Accessibility) and RL Trust. 5. Ensure that Trust is clearly integrated into the Product Development Process for the product group. 6.
