Kuiper Productivity Engineering (KPE) is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. This role will interface with cross-functional engineering, program / product management, business development and enterprise customers to continuously define and manage Kuiper’s productivity needs. This includes day-to-day management of deliverables, dependencies and schedule, as well as driving complex projects through incremental phases. You will collaborate with Kuiper's leadership team at all levels to establish KPE processes that track our goals, objectives, milestones, progress and risks, and drive organizational alignment on trade-offs and priorities. You will own implementation across the team's projects and services, as well as iterative feature delivery.
Key job responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware/software engineering, product management, and business development to define and execute technical strategies.
2. Develop and manage technical requirements from customers and stakeholders.
3. Drive the development and implementation of Tier-1 services for Kuiper Commercial and Kuiper Government Solutions, managing dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
4. Establish and maintain robust program management processes to track goals, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with Kuiper's strategic objectives.
5. Collaborate with Leadership to author Weekly Business Review (WBR), Monthly Business Review (MBR), and other rhythm of business updates.

In this role, you will own implementation across major deliverables and KPE's existing services. You will work with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and collaborate with engineers to translate those into project plans. You will balance sprints across new projects, existing services, and operations.
