The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Deliver cross-functional projects/programs with predictability and ensure they provide value to customers, manage software programs that include software components and algorithms used for network capacity forecasting and planning. + Work with core engineering teams to develop and articulate long-term strategy and short-term plans, develop road-maps, engage teams and engineers, and set the pace for development. + Align team members and stakeholders, communicate widely and transparently, keep stakeholders appraised of progress through periodic updates and checkpoints such as engineering reviews. + Provide quantitative analysis to drive project delivery, technology reviews, guide technical proposals, and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams. + Design and launch new processes, institute process improvements, help program teams scale, and improve Google’s ability to deliver network capacity on-time.
