Technical Program Manager
Job Description We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager with the ability to manage and oversee several complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:  Project Planning & Execution: o Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. o Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple teams. o You need to initiate programs, monitor their progress, and introduce adjustments to improve process efficiency.  Stakeholder Management: o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. o Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.  Risk Management: o Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Monitor progress and address any issues proactively.  Documentation & Reporting: o Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned. o Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and performance metrics.  Team Collaboration: o Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure alignment on goals. o Foster a collaborative environment and support team members in achieving project objectives. Skills and Requirements Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical environment.  Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).  Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and Saas.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
