Wrike is looking for an energetic, passionate, and tech-savvy Technical Program Specialist to support our global product releases and in-product customer communication. You will build and launch in-product feature tours and promotions reaching out to thousands of Wrike users. You’ll be working closely with Engineering teams to understand the requirements and logic of each in-product tour and make sure it is delivered successfully and on time. It’ll also be your job to support continuous localization of all new feature releases on a daily basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining localized Wrike Help Center and other customer facing materials.

Our Agile Delivery Office includes several Technical Program Managers responsible for the key areas of Wrike’s Agile product delivery. You will be reporting directly to Sr. Technical Program Manager for Localization and DAP Solutions and your deliverables will play a crucial role in the success of these key programs.

Our Digital Adoption Platform WalkMe is a third party tool that has been thoroughly integrated with the main Wrike Platform and is comprised of three primary components: Builder app where most of the work happens, Analytics to crunch the numbers and Admin Console to manage and maintain the integration and all its features.
For localization, we use a Translation Management System that is integrated with Engineering systems and tools such as TeamCity, Gitlab, Zendesk, and more.
You will achieve your best if you have Experience with UI development and/or UI testing (QA) High level of proficiency in English Passion for technology and innovation Strong motivation to learn new tools and processes Great organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and work independently Great communication and interpersonal skills You will stand out with Experience with Digital Adoption tools, their building logic and functionality Good understanding of translation/localization processes in SaaS and IT Excellent command of French, German, or Spanish. Slavic languages also a plus
