Technical Program Manager
The Technical Program Manager oversees the overall program and engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key outcomes for the program delivered via agile and/or waterfall methodologies. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams.

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Observability and Monitoring & Network Software Automation Team
Collaborate with technology managers, engineers, and program managers to optimize designs and ensure healthy operation
Drive process improvements and automation opportunities
Develop and provide observability requirements system owners
Define and maintain KPIs to track effectiveness and compliance with policies and standards
Serve as the single point of contact for all observability program initiatives and outcomes
Support and align with external teams on related initiatives
Effectively manage and communicate program processes and interdependencies as they relate to broader technology activities
Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure clarity on prioritization of program requirements
