**The Worlds Largest Search Engine Is Seeking a Technical Program Manager in San Bruno!** **Title:** Technical Program Manager 3 **Role Title:** Site Infrastructure Program Manager - Identity & Privacy Team **Pay Rate:** $72.20 - $96.61 per hour **Location:** Hybrid- San Bruno, CA **Work Schedule:** Normal PST business hours, Monday - Friday **Duration:** Approximately March 24, 2025 - January 23, 2026 **Project Overview** Be part of a team building the server and client infrastructure that powers YouTube. Collaborate with Engineering Leads, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and Technical/Program Managers in YouTube Site Infrastructure to scale systems for the next billion hours of video consumption. This role focuses on applying program management disciplines to sustain critical internal processes and support client teams effectively. **Position Description** Join a collaborative team managing critical programs and processes supporting our engineering organization. This role oversees user-facing and infrastructure efforts within the **Identity & Privacy space** , working closely with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders to align requirements and drive programs through the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You’ll lead program delivery, foster alignment with other feature teams, and contribute to engineering velocity and success. **Top 3 Daily Responsibilities** 1. **Program Management for OKRs:** Lead the Identity team’s OKR planning, alignment, and delivery tracking across Product, UX, and Engineering functions. Manage and communicate quarterly planning timelines, collect key stakeholder information, and consolidate resources for team alignment. 2. **Feature Delivery Oversight:** Act as a program lead for user-facing and infrastructure feature rollouts. Oversee the software development lifecycle from product requirement alignment to feature launch and completion. 3. **Metrics & Dashboard Development:** Design and deliver internal queries and dashboards to track and represent key success metrics for Identity-related features and programs. **Mandatory Skills/Qualifications** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. + **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in engineering program management or a related discipline. + **Technical Tools:** Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), SQL scripting, and Google App Script. + **Expertise:** + Program management for frontend and infrastructure software development. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail. + Effective in navigating ambiguity with a strong sense of accountability. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build relationships across functions, including SREs, SWEs, Product, Legal, and UX teams. **Desired Skills/Qualifications** + Experience in globally distributed organizations. + Familiarity or interest in privacy policies and compliance requirements. + Understanding of user identity models in tech or social media. + Proficiency in apps scripts for project tracking and program management automation. **Pay Details:** $72.00 to $96.61 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
